Accidental Racist - Brad Paisley Feat. LL Cool J

Surely everyone has heard about this song already and how many are trying to make a controversy out of it.

Of course the gold is in the lyrics so let's get at 'er.....

"To the man that waited on me at the Starbucks down on Main, I hope you understand
When I put on that t-shirt, the only thing I meant to say is I'm a Skynyrd fan."

Oh, it's the contemporary redneck: He loves to hop off his horse, jump into his Ford pickup truck, do 55 on a dirt road into town so he can pick up his grande mocha cappuccino with extra foam. When I lived in the backwoods it was a 44 oz Dr. Pepper from a gas station but amazingly, that rings pretty damn true.

"I try to put myself in your shoes and that's a good place to begin
But it ain't like I can walk a mile in someone else's skin"

Of course he had to throw in this old cliché and put a fairly creepy twist on it. Empathy isn't really that hard of concept, is it? I can't stand that expression, personally. It's been so over used over the generations it has virtually lost all meaning. As far as I see it, one doesn't have to fully understand another's plight to care and feel empathy for them.

It's Free Swipe Yo EBT - Chapter

Just noticed I never moved this one over from when I upgraded this website around a year ago. I decided to repost it, rather than just repopulate it back in, because of a video of "Chapter" that surfaced on facebook. Back when this video was released many people jumped to her defense, saying that people need to get a since of humor and how this video was meant as satire. Let's see what people have to say now.

There is so much that can be said about this video.....and I did when I first posted it.....but this time around, with the up coming economic collapse we're facing (i.e. the fiscal cliff), and how people are still trying to get as much shit for free without asking nor caring where the money is coming from and ranting, "Pick their pockets!", I'll just be wasting my time.

Meat Loaf Singing 'America' at Romney Rally

If I didn't know any better I would say Mr. Loaf was on something. Romney made the right move; he quickly decided to make his way down to the other side of the podium. Surely Romney appreciates Meat Loaf's support, just support best given from a distance. Retrospectively, I'm sure we can all agree giving him a hot microphone was a really bad idea.

Take the 'R' Train - Amateur Romney Political Campaign

Hmm, take the 'R' train. Makes me wonder if Duke Ellington was an anarchist.

We're a little over two week away from picking a new president and tonight we have one more debate to stomach though. Every four years we always banter on and on about one candidate or the other. It's easy for us to get bogged down in our ideological details but let's remember we live in the same country and most of us still hold many of the same values on which this nation was founded; that of mutual respect, support for each other's personal liberties, the freedom to have and express our views and so on.

That said, the liberty we're afforded is a breeding ground for crazies and I present this earbleed as a perfect example. Keep in mind even the left have their own crazies to worry about, so there's no finger pointing here.

Who Could Support The Liberals -

Yep, here we go again. Tonight a couple suits are going to stand up to talk about how the other person is a liar and how their party is responsible for all of the world's problems. Personally, after watching this crap for what I'm sure has been two years now, I'm reminded of the classic Richard Pryor movie, Brewster's Millions. That's who I'm voting for!

Since my mind is made up I'm not even going to bother watching the debate; pundits and people on facebook in form of mems are going to banter off about it till the next debate anyway. My time is much better spent reeking havoc on Team Fortress 2. Feel free to look me up if you want to join in.

Obviously this is a very right-leaning video. Before you jump to judgment remember that both sides are guilty of making crap like this. So yeah, at least the stupidity is bipartisan.
